McDonalds In Hilliard Oh SUXS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having just had The worst meal at McDonalds and getting treated like SHIT!!!! I decided to Post this letter of Complaint on the web........ below it the complaint I sent out to Corporate Office. Lets see if they respond. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO LOOSE HER JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(update...... A week later i hear from the regional manager apologizing and sent me gift certificates..........Like that is going to make a diffrence)
Me my wife and granddaughter went to this store after shopping. We were greeted by a teenage girl working the front counter that was not very pleasant and the nail polish was Gaudy....(Shocking purple pink). She was constantly asking if the order was finished after each menu item was ordered when the 3 of us were standing at the counter. After the meal was given to us the order was wrong we were supposed to have a double quarter pounder and we received a double cheese burger. When my wife took it back to the manager she said she would take care of it. Then I tasted my drink and it was not mixed correctly the CO2 was weak or missing. Upon my wife taking this back to the manager the manager said "What NOW" she explained about it not having the correct CO2 she was told there is nothing they can do about it. Now myself working in the restaurant business and my wife who currently is working in the Restaurant Business this is unacceptable. We got a refund on the drinks. Then the Double quarter pounder was brought to us and it was WRONG. So we got our money back on her meal also. The manager was very unprofessional and the teenagers working should be taught that they are to server the customer not the other way around. Now I will be contacting the Health Department about the Nail polish. If I remember correctly when you are serving food you have to have clear or no color. And I will be putting up WEB BLOGS about how terrible this restaurant is and to Stay Away from it.
